November Empties

Hey Guys, 

Ive been trying to use all my shower gels up, so i don't have loads just sitting around half full and the same with face washes, and i haven't done to badly..

Clean & Clear advantage daily scrub| I do like this especially when my skin is having a bad break out, but saying that i hardly ever re buy face wash, cause i like try new ones.

REN ACTIV 7 EYE GEL | I didn't buy this it came free in a magazine although i cant remember which one, it felt really moisturise but i didn't notice any difference but saying that I'm only 23 and I'm not sure i actually need eye cream yet and especially not for price this sells for at full size!

Organic Surge Beragmot Shower Gel | I adore organic shower gel and this one just smell Divine, i always get complimented on the scent of this as its so sweet and fruity at the same time. I will defiantly be re purchasing this one. 

Organic Surge Sweet Blossom Shower Gel | Another organic shower which i just loved. This one is so soothing and more my skin feel nourished, a defiant re purchase 

Clean & Clear Blackhead Clearing wash | It was okay but just another face wash, nothing special. 

Soap & Glory Breakfast Scrub | I love this scrub, its smells amazing! and it have the perfect amount of grainy bit to really exfoliate your skin, this is my four pot of this and it wont be the last! 

BIO OIL| I got this sample free at a conversation i went too.. and it is lovely and makes your skin feel so hydrated.. So i would recommend it and the best place to buy Ive i have found is on amazon, £10 for a 200ml bottle.

November - Favourites

Hey Guys, i haven't done a favourites post in ages.. so lets get on with it! 

Bourjois Happy Light Foundation | This foundation didn't necessary work for me when i first purchased it, but now my skin has started behaving itself. I really like it, makes me look all dewy and fresh without being oily! 

Amazeballs. 

Maxfactor Clump Defy| This mascara is brilliant, and I'm truly smitten works just like Benefits they're real although its almost half the price and twice as easy to remove. Whats not to love?!? 

Loreal Skin Perfection Serum| I wasn't sold on the whole serum thing at first, but i thought I'd give it ago and I'm pleasantly surprised. My pores do look smaller, and the colouration of my skin has evened out.. #imsold!

SEVENTEEN Stay Time Concealer| I have has this concealer for ages, and just never really used it but i picked it up the other day and i haven't put it down since, covers all my blemishes, with amazing staying power! Love it!

Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturiser| Just a brilliant moisturiser for awfully oily skin!

Palmers Cocoa Butter Lip Balm| I love the smell and is just really smoothing in these cold months. 

Soap and Glory One Heck of a Blot | I love this powder,mattes my skin perfectly and stays in place all day! I cant see myself without it now! 

MUA Cream Blusher in Scrummy | I adore all of MUA blushers but this one is by far mt favourite, the colour pay off is brilliant while also being super blend able!

Baby Cotton Wool | I used Cotton wool  pads like there going out of fashion, and i have discovered that the baby ones are the same price but you get twice as much?! How did i not know this!

Revlon Lip Butters

Hey Guys, 

Just thought i would show you my favourite lip products at the moment which are the Revlon Lip Butters. 

I am specially loving  these colours right now

Left to Right ... Pink Truffle, Sugar Plum and Raspberry Pie..

Pink Truffle is the perfect go to daytime colour.. and looks gorgeous with my brown smokey eye. 

Sugar Plum  is a brilliant Autumn colour... And everyone needs at least one purple lipstick right?!?

Raspberry Pie has impressed me the most, because with it being a lip butter i wasn't expecting a high colour pay off.. but geez, how wrong was i ? The colour pay off is amazing making this my perfect evening colour as i love hot pink as it is on my lips, but this moisturise which is awesome! 

I'm in love, can you tell?!

Herbal Essences - New / Old Favourite!

Hey Guys, 

Just thought I'd give you my thoughts on Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner as they have decided to bring back two of the older style versions, You can probably remember these from when you were little, because i remember my mom using them. So when i saw them i knew i have give them a go and I decided to pick the Silk n Shine, and I'm so glad i did. 

I cant remember the last time i used a floral scented shampoo, and using this made me feel like i was in the opening credits of desperate housewives           (do you remember that??)

Also the result is AMAZING!! My hair is so soft and shiny i'm totally smitten!

First Impressions - Bourjois Color Edition 24HR

Hi Guys,

I thought i would do my first impression of the Bourjois Color Edition 24HR, basiclly its very similiar to Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo.. Although i think i prefer the texture of the Bourjois version as it feels alot thinner, finer milled and as the package suggests cream to powder texture which i like as sometimes i find with the color tattoo it does feel quite sticky/tacky. One thing i didnt like about the Bourjois Color Edition is the colour of the eyeshadow isnt very highly pigmented and the color you see in the pot doesnt transfer on the skin. 

Overall i do like it just not this shade.

MUA Luxe Lips in FUNK

Hey Guys, 

My younger sister picked the MUA Luxe Lips in FUNK up for me the other day, as it was new i didnt have it (She knows me so well) I first tried it on that night, and i was so excited as Fushia is my favourite colour to wear on lips, and really suits me. First i was really impressed, as it drys as matte, velvet like texture, which i loved at FIRST!  

As you can probably tell that changed on Saturday night, as after about an hour it started to become bitty and rolled up on my lips, also all the middle part of lips had no colour on after one drink. 

So overall lovely to wear it your not going to eat or drink and you might want to keep a mirror close at hand also!!

New Buys! - Haircare

I thought i would treat myself to some new goodies for my hair.. 

And after seeing ESSIE BUTTONS favourite video this month, i know i just had to try doves Dry Shampoo, and it does smell beautiful.. i haven't used it yet. But i will be sure to let you know how i get on. 

Also i just had to get the Dove Style+ Care Heat Protect spray as my TRESemme Keratin Smooth one is running low. 

And lastly everyone knows i love Elvive Extraordinary oil the original one, ever since my best friend introduced me to it, and when i visited her apartment the other day and saw she had the new spray oil i knew i needed it in my life! (sad i know) But her hair is just so soft and shiny.. 

I want mine to be the same.

First Impressions - Bourjois Happy Light

You have probably seen this foundation and primer everywhere.. 

But there just wonderful.. Lets talk about the foundation first.

Its light as the name suggests and gives a lovely dewy glow without looking shiny the only issue i have with it at the moment is that the coverage isn't thick enough. If my skin was great right now, this wouldn't be such a problem. But me and skin have fallen out at the moment as i keep having huge breakouts. But that isn't anything to so the foundation, and when my skin clears up this will become a firm favourite i'm sure. 

The primer on the other hand is a god send as my skin is terribly oily, and make up has been known to just slide off my face. But this doesn't just keep my face matte, is keeps the make up on my face! What else can you ask for really?

My Favourite Trilogys

 In 5th Place - HUSH HUSH by Becca Fitzpatrick
Hush Hush follows the story of Nora and ordinary girl who meets a mysterious boy by the name of Patch. This is a story of fallen angels and immortals.. I fully enjoyed these books and would really recommend you give these a go.

In 4th Place - Delirium by Lauren Oliver
Delirium is set in the future where love is classed as a disease, and follows the story of Lena and Alex, not much else i can say other than read it!

In 3rd Place - Starcrossed by Josephine Angellini
This book has everything you could want love and greek mythology what else is there?
This follows Helen and Lucas.. such a brilliant trilogy i dare you not to fall in love with Lucas!

In 2nd Place - Twilight by Stephanie Meyer

These books need no introduction, amazing so much better than the films and i would urge you to read them!  Come on Edward and Jacob what else does anyone need?! 

And 1st Place - THE HUNGER GAMES!!  by Suzanne Collins 

I adore these books, i think a huge part of it is the fact i can relate Katniss, shes strong, beautiful and protective.. and this book show the strength of human survival. I think everyone should read these books..

First Impressions - Macadamia Oil Shampoo & Conditioner

I was so excited about this Shampoo and Conditioner, but the first impressions while washing my hair wasn't good, first the smell is i think a required taste.. I didn't really like it. Also the shampoo didn't really lather up at all and i wasn't sure my hair was clean, but conditioner was lovely my hair felt soft and nourished.. Although on the other hand when i brushed and dried my hair is it was AMAZING! Soft,shiny and Fabulous! I felt like i was in a herbal essences advert.. Flipping my hair back and forth. 

Overall my new favourite!

Daily Make up Routine.

It may seem like a lot of make up to use every day but, i can have a full face on in under 7 mins (that's right i timed it) So this is what i use.. 

Firstly i use Garnier Perfect Blur primer all over my face. 

Then i use the Bourjois Happy Light Base Serum in Matte on the super oily parts of my face like my t-zone. 

Next i apply Rimmels Match Perfection in True Ivory all over the face. 

Seventeens Phwoarr Paint in Fair is applied on my under eye circles heaven there dark!! 

Next Rimmels Wake me up Concealer is applied on any other blemishes i may have on my face. 

To set my base i apply Soap and Glory's One Heck of a Blot over the my face. 

Next i fill my eyebrows in with Rimmels professional eyebrow pencil in Dark Brown. 

Moving on to eyes i use MUA Undress me too palette to create a daytime smokey eye. 

Finishing off with a coat of Seventeens Dolled Up mascara.

And to Finish the whole look off i sweep a very light dusting of Sleek Blush in Pomegranate across my cheeks.

Night Time Routine

Hi Guys, 

I have taken a month off from blogging as i just got so caught up with everything going on at the moment, but i'm back :) 

I thought i'd start with my Nightly routine.. Most of you will already know my skin hates me, and i'm constantly breaking out, also my skin is very hormonal, so at least once a month i have a huge break out.. So these are the products i use to try and keep it under control:

•  Clean & Clear Blackhead Daily Scrub which i use morning & night.
•  Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer which i use morning & night.
•  Garnier  Fresh Essential Toner which i use morning & night.
•  Peaches & Clean which i cover my face with every other night, this isn't for everyone but  works for me.
•  Ren Active Eye Gel which i use morning & night
• Blistex i use this every night just before bed and leaves my lips so soft! 
• Clean & Clear Advantage Spot Treatment Gel Fast Action i use this on any of the pesky spots!
