First Impressions - Apocalips in Shooting Stars

Another Apocalips for you, i just can't seem to help myself lately and I've been needing a nude for a while so here it is, i like the texture of Apocalips it always sits lovely and the colour pay off is brilliant, I'm looking forward to getting a lot of wear out of this one.

Get yours here for £6.49

First Impressions - Avon Liquid Eye Shadow In Garnet Flash

I got this in my recent Avon order with another colour Chromed Cocoa, but this colour definitely caught my eye.. its such an autumn colour, and with look perfect as Winter is Coming (Cheeky Game of Thrones reference there for anyone that watches it) it does take a couple sweeps of the applicator to get the ideal colour pay off but when you do it's worth it.

You can get your online or from your Avon Representative for  £3.00 (currently on offer at half price, normal price £6.00)

  • Another product from Organic Surge anyone sensing a theme? Its the blissful Daily moisturiser although i use it as a night cream.. because its a little bit to thick for my day cream  as my skin is so oily but as night cream its wonderful.. Get your here from Organic Surge for £8.49

  • MUA Blush perfection is another product i was in two minds about getting because with it being cream i didn't think it would sit right on my face, with my face being so oily. First Impressions - Apocalips in Big Bang

My First Impressions of the Apocalips Lip Lacquer in Big Bang is that like any other of the apocalips  its a liquid lipstick, and the colour pay off is brilliant.. The red is most definitely red, the colour is very long lasting and not drying on the lips at all. This colour is a power red.. and not for the shy as this will get you noticed.
I love this lip stick and will become my go to red.. for when i'm feeling daring enough.
Currently part of the buy one get one half price at boots - here

First Impressions - Mega effects Mascara

My First Impressions of the Avon Mega Effects Mascara is that the brush is the sort of brush i like with rubber bristles ( are they rubber? i don't know but you know what i mean) but that about all i like about it.. I  find the brush awkward to use and and I've found myself ruining my eye shadow and having to take it all off and start again.. Also i have really long but straight eyelashes and this mascara just doesn't give me enough of a dramatic curl.
So overall this mascara just isn't for me..
I think ill stay with my old favourite Benefits 'They're Real'

Is Organic always best?

Yeah i think so!
I brought these after a review i'd seen on Miss Budget Beauty and Laura Loves Beauty..
I've Brought the Citrus Mint Shower gel before and i found it helps the acne i suffer with on my back and chest.
I decided to try the Moisture Boost Shampoo and Conditioner as my hair very dry.. And i have found my hair so much manageable, this defiantly becoming my everyday shampoo.
The Tropical Bergamot Shower gel and Moisturizer Smells beautiful and my only complaint with moisturizer that its quite difficult to rub in as its very thick ..
But i'm totally willing to over look this!

Beauty Tip #4

This is a brilliant tip that has saved me so many times!

If your out Nail Varnish Remover, and need to take chipped varnish off, apply a clear top coat and remover it quickly with a cotton bud.. Honest its like Magic!

Beauty Tip #3

Out of Shaving cream? Use some old Conditioner we all have half bottles in the bathroom cupboards.. and it works just aswell ..

Beauty Tip #2

Before plucking your eyebrows, put some Bonjela or any other teething gel, on a few minutes before and the area will be numb and so no pain while plucking your eyebrows :)

Vaseline Spray and Go

When i first saw this in boots i thought not another gimmick.. but i love it!!

Its perfect for people like me, who by anyone's standard i'm a lazy moisturizer, and with this its so easy!
Just as the name suggests you just spray and go! No waiting for it to dry or anything.. i love it!

Beauty tip #1

The first beauty tip has to the one i use everyday.. And that is heating the eyelash curlers up with a hairdryer only for 30 seconds at most and this leave the perfect curl which stays in all day..
